Who can apply?
Anyone who needs a pelvic health product but finds the necessary tool cost prohibitive may apply for support from the Pelvic Health Fund. We ask that you be under the care of a pelvic health provider at the time of your application and confirm that you have discussed applying for our support with your pelvic health provider. In some instances, we may ask you to provide basic provider details to assist in confirming your need. Pelvic health providers can include, but are not limited to, pelvic health physical therapists, obstetricians, gynecologists, urologists, urogynecologists, and gastroenterologists. Can I donate or request support if I am outside the United States?
At this time, we do not accept donations or product requests from persons or organizations outside of the United States.
Can you help me find a pelvic health provider?
Yes! Finding the right provider can be daunting. We can help. Reach out to us if you need help finding the right practitioner and we’ll do our best to help you locate someone if your area.
Where do my donations go?
All donations go directly to purchasing and shipping products to patients in need. Our board is exclusively volunteer run and we work hard to ensure financial transparency. Like you, we want to make sure we reach as many individuals as possible with the funds we raise.
Are my donations tax deductible?
Absolutely! Any donation of $250 or more will automatically receive the necessary documentation for tax deductions. Please reach out to us with any questions and we will be happy to assist.
Where is the Pelvic Health Fund based?
The Pelvic Health Fund is based in North Carolina but accepts applications and donations from across the U.S. The majority of our partnerships are within North Carolina, but we will do our best to serve patients residing in other states as well.
