How Do I Apply for Support?
Step 1: Talk with your provider
Talk with your healthcare provider about which product is right for you. We try to keep the most commonly needed products in stock, but you can request any product that you and your provider think would be best to meet your pelvic health needs.
Step 2: Apply for support
Fill out the application on our website and select from one of our in-stock products or write in the product you need. Keep in mind that in-stock products will be processed faster than individual requests.
Step 3: Work toward your goal!
We will mail your product directly to you and work with your provider to ensure you receive the necessary support and information on the product’s use. Reach out to us at any point along the way with questions!
