Dr. Nikki O’Neill began working at Duke Women’s Health Cary in November of 2024. Prior to moving to North Carolina, she was in private practice in Richmond, VA. She earned her undergraduate degree at Duke University, completed her medical school training at Virginia Tech Carillon School of Medicine and did her residency training in  the field of OBGYN at Virginia Commonwealth University. Her clinical interests include management of  irregular,  heavy or painful periods, fibroids, contraceptive counseling, menopause care, annual health maintenance in addition to care of both low and high-risk pregnancies and post partum care.  She enjoys in office care as well as minimally invasive surgery. In her free time, Dr. O’Neill enjoys spending time with her family, spending time outside, and discovering new restaurants.
